1/9 A glorious day on the beach. Contractors were busy working on the new houses that are going up even on Sunday to take advantage of the good weather. People were looking for rentals and to buy. Realtors were busy showing their inventory and fielding phone-calls.

Now that the summer is over, I can stop pressuring myself to get that George-Hamiltonesque tan. There are chores to done to get the house ready for the winter and the next season!
9/21 New house for sale in Fair Harbor. Fresh on the market! Click Classifieds on the left.
9/20 Nothing happened! The tides were high, a few trees toppled, a few nerves were frayed. Quite a few people were not prepared. Ocean houses beach side here and there lost a few shingles.

9/15 Lets batten up the hatches, it will be wet the next few days. Links: FEMA,
